1.

The dues are paid annually in the amount of $ 20.00.  The Board of Directors has the discretion of increasing or decreasing the annual dues.

Dues will be paid on or before March 1^st of each year.

There is no pro-ration of dues.

Members who fail to pay their dues are subject to disqualification as a member of the SWBS, as determined by a majority vote of the SWBS Board of Directors.

The Treasurer will use the US Postal Service for official notification of membership fees being due. Unofficial notice can be sent to members via email if they have an email address.

6.

A second (final) notice will be sent via the US Postal Service to the delinquent members by March 15^th if dues have not been received by that time.

7.

Dues paid (post marked) following March 1^st require a penalty of $ 5.00.

8.

Members will mail checks for annual dues to the Treasurer who is responsible for maintaining a spreadsheet or log of payment by amount, member, and date.
